Due to the global Covid-19 Pandemic shipping times may vary outside of our standard shipping time frames.

We apologise for any delays and will do our very best to maintain good communication with our customers throughout the delivery process.

Orders are sent via Australia Post, parcels will be marked with AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (at your premises in a safe place).
Delivery generally takes 3 – 10 days within Australia.

We will not be held responsible for lost mail, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, delayed or damaged items in transit once they have left us.

Returned to sender items will incur additional re-postage costs.

Postage costs are NOT refundable.


Free Shipping for single orders over $120 – only to Australian residents.

If redeeming any discount code free shipping won’t be included. Any free shipping applies with no discount codes.

Import taxes and duties related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending. However, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date.

We will provide exchanges, provided:

You send the items back to us within 14 days of purchase, and the items are in new condition, unworn and can be resold with the tags still attached. Little Monkey Boutique does NOT cover the costs for the return postage, this cost is borne by the customer only.

  1. If your item is faulty and you provide photos to us, we can either refund or replace the item for you.
  2. All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note, fewer postage costs.
  3. Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


In stock items are usually sent within 2 working days of placing your order, however, during sales, etc can take up to 4 working days.

TURNAROUND TIMES (Not in Stock Items)

  • Any pre-order items and turnaround timeframes do apply. Please allow up to 2 – 4 weeks.
  • Please note that all turnaround times are approximate only and do not take into consideration holiday periods, and production delays.
  • Orders that contain both in stock and not in stock items will be shipped together once all item/s have arrived.
